Terms of service

The customer is responsible for booking the correct amount of added weight, added baggage as they require for their flights. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct flight details, names as per passport and contact details at the time of making their purchase. The customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase of any additional baggage or baggage weight at check-in. 

The customer is responsible for meeting the terms of carriage of the airline they are flying with.

SeatExtras.com is not responsible for any user error resulting in any loss, inconvenience or damage caused to the customer.

SeatExtras.com liability to the customer will not exceed the amount paid to SeatExtras.com.
